Order Processing

We carefully hand-package every order with the attention it deserves. Please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders, especially to remote locations. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Laced Bra purchase as much as we loved creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Intimate Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Crotchless lingerie (including Crotchless and Strappy collections)
  • G-Strings
  • Bikini and Cheeky bottoms

Exception: We will replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Include product details and reason for return
    • Specify preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging and tags
  4. Ship Back – Send to our Montgomery address using a trackable method

Refund Process

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping times vary by location
