Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items:

  • Crotchless lingerie (including Crotchless and Strappy collections)
  • G-Strings
  • Bikini and Cheeky bottoms

These exceptions don’t apply if the item arrives damaged or defective – we’ll gladly replace those.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging and tags
  4. Ship Back – Send to our Montgomery address using a trackable method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote regions):

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping times vary by location
