Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in inches. For fitted items like corsets or bras, we recommend measuring yourself while wearing your best-fitting undergarments. When in doubt between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Are your products true to the images on your website?
We pride ourselves on accurate product representation. All items are professionally photographed on models with minimal editing to show true colors and fit. Some monitor variations may occur, but we guarantee the quality you see is what you’ll receive.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your shipping method:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships from our Montgomery headquarters.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally except to parts of Asia and select remote regions. International customers may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders arrive in elegant, unmarked packaging with no external branding that identifies the contents. Your privacy is as important to us as the quality of our lingerie.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete instructions on initiating a return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or style, simply place a new order after receiving your refund. We’re working to implement direct exchanges in the future!
